The retirement community is promoted by the Rajakalyani Trust. A Chennai based charitable trust & registered body having Mr.R.Baba Shankar as the managing trustee besides Mr.Murali of Sree Krishna Sweets,Mr.Ramakrishnan of Sankara Vidyalaya & Pon Malar amongst others as trustees.

Mr.Baba Shankar, Founder and Managing Trustee, is a philanthropist and a staunch Murugan devotee who built the Subramanya Swamy Temple. A man with a social conscience, he has promoted many eco friendly projects, planted thousands of trees and developed a lake, creating awareness of rain water harvesting and water conservation on a large scale. From a humble origin he has built his life and the Clasic empire brick by brick.

The project was conceived as Mr.Baba Shankar's brain child over 9 Years ago. He has been very particular in first investing and fully developing the community before signing on members. Today the facility is completed in all aspects with people already vying with one another to live and be a part of this unique community.
